General Booking Terms & Conditions

Bookings will be allocated to the best available table in the venue at the time of booking.

Tables will be allocated based on the number of guests in a party.

Tables of 2- 4 guests will be allocated 2 hours dining time.

Tables of 5-8 will be allocated 3 hours dining time.

If you require a longer allocation or if you’d like to make any changes to your booking please contact us directly on (08) 9486 5700.

Any special requests made will be catered for by the venue as best as possible, please contact the venue directly if you require confirmation of your request.

Your information will be used in accordance with the OpenTable Privacy Policy.
Large Bookings (12+):
In addition to the general booking terms, the below apply to large bookings of 12 or more.

Bookings of 12+ must be on the Granada menu $100 per person.

Large bookings must be secured with a valid credit card number.

Payment will be taken on the day based on total persons booked.

Cancellations can be made 24 hours prior to arrival.
-
Cancellations made less than 24 hours will be asked to rebook on another day or may be charged 100% of total estimated food cost.

No shows will be charged 100% of total estimated food cost.

Tables of more than 12 may be split into separate tables near/next to each other.
Ascua Gift Vouchers

Vouchers are only redeemable at Ascua

Vouchers are not transferable or redeemable for cash.

There will be no replacements provided if this voucher is lost, stolen, destroyed or used.

Vouchers are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase.

To redeem voucher, voucher bearer must make a reservation prior to arrival as reservations are subject to availability. When making a reservation, please advise us of the gift certificate number.

Guest must provide the physical gift certificate at the time of payment to redeem.

Physical voucher must be used in one transaction only. Any unused credit cannot be refunded.
