Team 2

Andrew has made his way across international borders, working in some of the most renowned kitchens in the culinary world. From catering to Richard Branson’s guests on Necker Island to Head Chef at the seven-star Emirates Palace in Abu Dhabi, Andrew brings his own distinctive style and passion for delivering beautifully, yet simply prepared food to Perth’s best wood-fired grill restaurant, Ascua.

The aptly named Heno & Rey (translating to Hay & King) is your reinterpreted tapas bar. The place to meet for a jug of fruity Sangria, sample fresh locally caught seafood, enjoy a plate of charcuterie or graze on more generous dishes with a glass or two of the finest Spanish and Western Australian wines.
