From catering to Richard Branson’s guests on Necker Island to Head Chef at the seven-star Emirates Palace in Abu Dhabi, Andrew brings his own distinctive style and passion for delivering beautifully, yet simply prepared food to Perth’s best wood-fired grill restaurant, Ascua.
