spanish grill

Inspired by the Spanish word for ‘ember’, Ascua offers an Australian approach to Spanish cuisine with a scorching spirit. The theatre-style open kitchen will be a focal point of your visit, showcasing a sizzling wood-fired grill and chefs preparing dry-aged meats and seafood to perfection. Take your time to review our menu, while enjoying some complimentary freshly baked bread, handpicked olives from Eagle Vale and extra virgin olive oil. When ready, our specialised team will help you perfectly pair your meal with sommelier-selected wines.
