Join us this July for a series of intimate Fireside Wine Sessions at Ascua, where exceptional wines and storytelling meet in a warm, relaxed setting. Bec Hardy Wines - McLaren Vale A guided tasting of 5 wines spanning sparkling, white and red, alongside insights into the Hardy family legacy in McLaren Vale, vineyard sites, and regional expression. Thursday 16 & Friday 17 July, 5–6pm. Singlefile Wines - Great Southern, WA A curated tasting of five wines, enjoyed fireside at Ascua. A relaxed, story-led session designed for conversation, connection, and discovery. Thursday 23 July, 5–6pm. Complimentary for guests with a dinner booking at Ascua, show your booking confirmation on arrival to claim your spot. Not dining with us? Join the tasting for $25 per person.

Exclusive Masterclass

For one night only as part of Plateful Perth, step behind the flames at Ascua for an exclusive masterclass celebrating one of Australia's most exceptional cuts of beef, the 40-day dry-aged Stirling Ranges tomahawk. Learn the art of wood-fire cooking from Ascua's culinary team as they share the techniques behind this signature centrepiece. Then take your place at the chef's table to enjoy your tomahawk with signature accompaniments and a paired glass of wine. Guests will also take home an Ascua apron and a trio of Ascua's signature sea salts. 21 August | 4pm – 6pm $249 per person Minimum two guests

Tomahawk or Seafood Masterclass

Choose your own adventure: dive into WA's coastal waters or ascend to the Stirling Ranges. Step behind the pass and learn to cook on live fire with our chef. Work with the Stirling Ranges tomahawk or WA's coastal best, Albany kingfish, Exmouth prawns and Fremantle octopus, from prep to plate. Both sessions finish at the chef's table with your dish and signature accompaniments. Each guest takes home recipes and a trio of Ascua's signature sea salts. Two hours. Minimum two guests. Available Fridays from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM. Advance bookings essential.

Ascua After Dark

The wood fire keeps burning long after the last course on Fridays and Saturdays. Settle in with a late-night dessert, a nightcap by the fire, or simply another round. Fridays & Saturdays until 11pm. Walk-ins are welcome, no booking required.

Tomahawk Takeaway

Fire up your grill and make it a night to remember with our dry-aged Tomahawk takeaway. With our chef’s own preparation instructions, you’ll be able to master this prized cut at home. Experience the flawless union of Champagne and Caviar at Ascua's Chef's Table. Enjoy a luxurious taste of caviar as you savour a delectable serving of 10g of premium black caviar paired with a 375ml bottle of Laurent Perrier champagne. This experience requires a minimum of two people. Every Champagne and Caviar experience is available from 5:30 pm Wednesday to Saturday at Ascua
